About Company
PT. Nanggala Karsa Cipta was formed in August 2023 and officially established in February 2024. Our team is composed of individuals with extensive experience in various sectors, including Sporting Events, MICE, Activations, Exhibitions, Show Management, Gatherings, and Adventure Events.
In response to the growing event industry in Indonesia, FYVOUR offers specialized services to meet market demands for high-standard event execution.
Our business focuses on consulting and services to create inclusive events that everyone can enjoy. We aim to foster healthy competition, deliver a positive impact, and advance the domestic event industry.
Experience That Connects
Since 2013, several members of our team have been working together at an endurance race organizing company. In the following years, other experienced professionals with years of experience in various types of event management also joined as freelancers.
In 2023, these professionals decided to become independent by forming a team named FYVOUR, which was officially established in February 2024 as PT Nanggala Karsa Cipta, with a home base in Bali and a representative office in Jakarta.
Not only in sports events, we also participate in enlivening the event industry by offering services in MICE events, brand activation events, and music and entertainment events. We also aim to build a professional one-stop event solution.

In sport organizer we specializes in managing of endurance races such as road running, trail running, road bike, trail bike, and triathlon. We can work together and assist event owners in producing high quality event . Our team has years of experience and certified in producing high quality event to help organizers to implement great event planning and navigate challenges in organizing an event.

For the needs of event production, we collaborate with our profesional partners who already have a lot experience with the best result with recommendations from many companies that have used their services in building an event production.

Registration & REPC Management
We provide our clients with a secure online registration system, ensuring that all Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is well-managed and protected. We recommend a ‘one-stop shop’ approach for both the Registration System and Race Entry Pack Collection (REPC) to ensure maximum efficiency on event day. Our professional check-in system is designed to accommodate events of all sizes.
Timing Services
We collaborate with professional partners to provide timing services based on RFID technology, delivering fast and accurate results and comprehensive data collection. Our services include bib check systems, race-day timing, live web results, and digital finisher certificates for all runners.
Campaign & Entertainment Management
We help clients communicate event information effectively through social media platforms and promote events via micro and macro-influencers. On race day, we provide essential talent, including pacers, MCs, and artists, to meet all your promotional and entertainment needs.
